Identified - We are currently seeing synchronization problems as a follow up effect from the recent outage. Our engineers have identified the problem and are working on fixing it as fast as possible. If you are not seeing the same data on all your devices, stay tuned please. They will sync eventually.

Again, we are incredibly sorry for the troubles in the past few days.

Update - We continue to monitor the server & database performance. There is still a queue of changes from the last 2 days but it's steadily going down. Sync is still slow so you may still have issues across devices, between shared lists, and with repeating to-dos.

Update - Subtasks should now be appearing in your lists again. Sync is still slow and not yet real-time, which will continue to affect recurring to-dos, but everything else should be working for you now.

Update - Our planned outage is now over. Thanks for bearing with us. You should now be able to login again and to-dos should sync. We're still experiencing issues with subtasks and recurring to-dos. We are not at 100% yet.

Identified - There will be a planned outage for 30 minutes from 9:30am (CEST) to allow our servers to catch up and to reduce the load. During this time you will not be able to login and syncing across devices will not work. Please do not logout during this time. We will update you at 10am (CEST).

Update - While Synchronization is not yet fully working, Subtasks might not be loading for you. They still exist in the database but don't show up in the app, due to the server problem. We are working on getting this resolved.

Update - We're back up and running and you should now be able to login and see your lists. We're doing maintenance to ensure our system catches up with all the activity that occurred while we were down. While this is ongoing you may find that some parts of Wunderlist are slow to sync.

Update - While we are still not at 100% again, most parts of the app are working. Our engineers are still working hard on making sure the entire system runs without issues again, so thank you all for bearing with us!

Monitoring - Wunderlist is slowly coming back online. Sign-In and Sign-Up work again. Synchronization is happening between devices, but still not at 100%. We are now monitoring the database performance and server load, while the system is slowly recovering. Thank you for bearing with us and apologies for the hassle the downtime might have caused you. We'll post another update shortly.

Update - Whilst we continue to make progress, we're still unable to give a definite ETA. Please note: If you are logged in to your lists on a mobile device please do not logout. Otherwise you will not be able to re-access your lists until the problem is resolved. We hope to have more news in the next update.

Update - Our sync issues are still ongoing but our engineers are still working hard on a fix. The problem stems from a performance issue with our tasks database. We're working on optimizing our database before we get it up and running again. Your data is safe—we just can't sync it to your devices right now. Some users are able to login to our webapp, however you will still not see your lists. Fear not, they are still safe. A fix is still some time away but we are making progress.

Identified - We are currently seeing issues with synchronization and task creation across all platforms. This means, you will possibly see different data across your Wunderlist Apps. There are also issues on some platforms that result in problems when creating new tasks.
